The two-grade principle

A single “congestion” label hides more than it reveals. An area saturated with solar feed-in can still have room for a factory, and vice versa. That’s why every area carries two independent grades — one for consumption, one for feed-in — and why the screener asks what kind of project you’re planning.

Honest uncertainty

Grades are derived from operator-published congestion data, not from inside knowledge of the queue. Where the underlying data is thin or stale, the dossier says so rather than papering over it. See data sources for what feeds the model and how fresh it is.
