The site dossier is the deep-dive behind a screening result. Where the screener gives you a verdict in seconds, the dossier shows its work for a single site.

What’s in it

  • Grades and history — the site’s consumption and feed-in grades, and how they have moved across past snapshots
  • Congestion context — the TenneT feeding area and DSO serving the site, queue size, and available headroom
  • Curtailment estimate — expected curtailment for a feed-in project at this location
  • Indicative returns — an indicative IRR for a battery project at the site, based on the congestion and curtailment outlook

How to read it

The dossier is a pre-screening tool. Treat it as the evidence for a go/no-go on spending real money — a land option, a formal connection request, or a paid grid study — not as a substitute for one. The methodology pages explain how each number is produced.
