# Speed to Power

> Connection-speed grades for the Dutch electricity grid.

Speed to Power shows how quickly a new project can get a grid connection anywhere in the Netherlands. Every municipality, postcode, and feeding area gets two A–F grades — one for consumption, one for feed-in — built from TenneT and DSO congestion data and refreshed after every national snapshot.

## How it works

1. **Explore the map** — Browse A–F grades by province, municipality, postcode, or TenneT feeding area. Toggle between consumption and feed-in, and see queue size and available headroom per area.
2. **Screen a site** — Enter a postcode to get its grade, estimated curtailment, and a verdict for your battery, solar, or large-consumer project.
3. **Get the dossier** — Open the full site dossier with the congestion outlook, indicative returns, and the data behind the verdict.

* **Two independent grades** — Consumption (how fast a data centre, factory, or EV hub can connect) and feed-in (how fast a solar farm, wind project, or battery can connect) are graded separately
* **Region pages** — Dedicated pages per province, municipality, postcode, TenneT feeding area, and DSO
* **Always current** — Grades refresh after every national congestion snapshot
* **Portfolio and comparison** — Save sites, compare areas side by side, and track changes over time
