# Site dossier

> A per-site report with the congestion outlook and the data behind the verdict.

The site dossier is the deep-dive behind a screening result. Where the [screener](/screener) gives you a verdict in seconds, the dossier shows its work for a single site.

## What's in it

* **Grades and history** — the site's consumption and feed-in grades, and how they have moved across past snapshots
* **Congestion context** — the TenneT feeding area and DSO serving the site, queue size, and available headroom
* **Curtailment estimate** — expected curtailment for a feed-in project at this location
* **Indicative returns** — an indicative IRR for a battery project at the site, based on the congestion and curtailment outlook

## How to read it

The dossier is a pre-screening tool. Treat it as the evidence for a go/no-go on spending real money — a land option, a formal connection request, or a paid grid study — not as a substitute for one. The [methodology](/methodology) pages explain how each number is produced.
